The Terms of participation for My Tour of Slovenia (hereinafter: terms of participation) govern the conditions of active participation and the registration process for the recreational cycling event My Tour of Slovenia (hereinafter: event).
The event will take place on 20 June 2026 on the route Kranjska Gora – Riofreddo – Predel (ITA) – Trenta – Vršič, Slovenia, immediately before the professional stage of the Tour of Slovenia.
Event organiser
The event organiser is Kolesarski klub Adria Mobil, registration number 5941903000, address: Zaloška cesta 20, Novo mesto, 8000 Novo mesto (hereinafter: organiser), which operates the My Tour of Slovenia cycling event website.

Co-organiser
The event co-organiser is PRISTOP d.o.o., registration number 2038943000, VAT number SI88078558, address: Vilharjeva cesta 36, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: co-organiser).
The co-organiser is responsible for marketing and sales of event registrations, as well as communication and promotional activities related to the event. The co-organiser does not assume responsibility for the execution, safety, organisation, or course of the cycling event, nor for any damage, injury, or loss arising in connection with participation in the event or at the event venue. The organiser bears full responsibility for the above.

General provisions
The terms of participation govern the relationship between the organiser, co-organiser, and participant of the My Tour of Slovenia event and cycling challenge. The event is intended for the general public and is not limited solely to participants of the cycling challenge.
To participate in the cycling challenge, the participant must first complete the online registration process in accordance with the terms of participation.
Registration for the event is carried out on the applicant's own initiative; therefore, it is deemed that by successfully registering for the event, the applicant fully agrees with the terms of participation and website terms of use.
The privacy policy and website terms of use are defined in the Website Terms of Use.
Photography and audiovisual recording of the event
The participant acknowledges that the organiser will photograph and record the event audiovisually and may enable broadcasting (e.g. online, TV), and will use video and photo content from the event for informing the public about the event, promoting the event, preparing reports for partners, distribution to partners, and other commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Communication and information
Public communication takes place through the official Tour of Slovenia channels, namely via https://mytour.si and social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
My Tour of Slovenia newsletter subscription
Anyone can subscribe to the free newsletter to follow current information related to the My Tour of Slovenia event on the organiser's website, in the field at the bottom of each page. The person enters their valid email address where they wish to receive the newsletter. A confirmation link will be sent to the entered email address.
By confirming the newsletter subscription, the person subscribes to free newsletters with current content about the event, cycling, and event-related content, as well as occasional content from event partners.
Unsubscription from the newsletter is possible at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" included in each newsletter issue.
Personal data protection
During the registration process, the participant must provide certain personal data that the organiser uses exclusively for the purposes of event execution and communication activities related to the event.
The organiser does not use personal data and contact information for other purposes and does not disclose them to third parties. The organiser processes and stores personal data with the utmost care in accordance with applicable legislation.

MyTour cycling challenge
Call for entries and registration process
The event is intended for recreational road cyclists; participation is subject to a fee. The registration fee amount is determined by the price list and is defined further in these terms and published on the My Tour of Slovenia website, under the "Registration" tab.
Participant
The challenge is open to adults, i.e. persons who turn 18 no later than 19 June 2026, and who are in good psychophysical condition that allows participation without health risks. Participation is at one's own risk. The event is of an amateur recreational nature; therefore, registration is not possible for active professional cyclists registered with the UCI.
Opening of registration
Registration opens on the day of publication on the event website.
Registration period
A time-limited period during which it is possible to register for the event, from the day of opening until 10 June 2026 at 23:59:59 inclusive. Registration outside this timeframe is not possible.
Limited number of spots
The number of participant spots for the challenge is limited to 500. The organiser reserves the right to further limit the number of spots if deemed necessary to ensure safety and/or due to force majeure. Registration closes when spots are filled or when the registration period expires, whichever comes first.
Registration
Registration is only possible during the registration period and is completed via the registration form on the event website: https://mytour.si, in accordance with the terms.
Successful registration
The applicant is successfully registered for the event on the day the registration payment is completed. The event participant must read and comply with these terms. By successfully registering for the cycling challenge, it is deemed that the participant is familiar with them and accepts participation in the event in accordance with them.

The route leads from Kranjska Gora to the legendary Vršič Pass (1,611 m). It is the same route that professional cyclists will ride just hours after the participants at the Tour of Slovenia. The organiser reserves the right to change the route or its segments.
Start of the challenge
The event — My Tour of Slovenia cycling challenge will take place on Saturday, 20 June 2026, with the start in Kranjska Gora and the finish at Vršič Pass.
- Start method: simultaneous start of all pre-registered cyclists on a recognisable sound signal from the organiser.
- The start zone will be a clearly marked area with start signage elements in Kranjska Gora.
- The finish area is a clearly marked area with finish signage elements at Vršič Pass. Official timing ends at the top of Vršič Pass. Nevertheless, participants must continue the route and cross the finish area in Kranjska Gora for a valid classification. This arrangement is implemented to ensure greater safety for all participants, as we wish to reduce the risk of falls or collisions on the descent.
Refreshment stations on the route and at the finish
Refreshment stations with drinks and energy food will be organised along the route. A refreshment station will also be available at the finish for all cycling challenge participants. Participants must take care of adequate hydration before, during, and after the challenge.
What's included in the entry fee
The My Tour of Slovenia event entry fee includes:
- a personalised race number with your name
- a chip for professional timing
- access to the exclusive MyZone finish area for participants and companions
- refreshment stations on the route with drinks and energy food
- technical support — support vehicles with mechanics along the entire route
- a medical team present along the entire route
Organiser services
The organiser provides motorised vehicle and police escort, full or partial road closures during the challenge and within the planned challenge schedule, medical assistance, refreshment stations, technical assistance for cyclists along the route, official timing, signage, and direction.
The organiser does not provide spare parts. No external (private) assistance from persons who are not event participants is permitted on the route — any accompanying or private assistance during the race is prohibited. Mobile technical assistance will be provided by the organiser and will be available to all participants subject to accessibility on the route.
Pricing
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Registration is only possible during the open registration period, no later than 10 June 2026 at 23:59:59.

Payment options
Payment is possible by selected payment cards (via Stripe) or via PayPal. The person is successfully registered for the event upon completion of the entry fee payment.

Cancellation and refund
A registered cyclist must notify the organiser of any cancellation (withdrawal from participation) by email at mytour@tourofslovenia.si, providing their personal details.
Cancellation is possible until 31 May 2026 inclusive. In this case, the participant is entitled to a refund of 50% of the paid entry fee, reduced by administrative/banking costs of €35.
After 31 May 2026, cancellation is no longer possible. Only transfer of registration to another person is possible, in accordance with the organiser's rules. Transfer of registration to another person is possible until 10 June 2026.
Exceptionally, cancellation after this date is permitted only upon submission of appropriate documentation (e.g. a medical certificate or other justified reason). In this case, an administrative cancellation fee of €35 is retained.
Age categories
Women: 18–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65+
Men: 18–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65+
Age category winners receive gifts from event partners.
Awards ceremony
In addition to category prizes, the organiser will also present awards to the fastest male and female participant in the overall classification. Details about the prizes will be announced by the organiser before the event on the website and social media.
Breakdown assistance
The organiser will provide technical assistance on the route with vehicles and mechanics for quick help on any part of the route. If on-route bike repair is not possible, the organiser will arrange transport of the bike and rider to the event finish.
Race number collection
Registered participants with paid entry fees can collect their start pack at the venue in Kranjska Gora on event day, Saturday, 20 June 2026. Detailed information about the collection location and time will be published by the organiser in advance on the website, via newsletter, and on social media.
Start pack collection is only possible in person and upon presentation of a valid photo ID or QR code. Collection on behalf of another person is not possible. Participation in the challenge is not possible without a collected start pack.
Participation at own risk
By registering for the event, the participant confirms that they will participate at their own risk and will have previously verified their psychophysical abilities and consulted their personal physician regarding participation.
Event modification or cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to modify the event programme at short notice and to change the route or its segments at any time. The organiser also reserves the right to cancel the event at any time before the start due to force majeure.
Agreement with the terms
By completing the registration process and paying the entry fee, the participant of the My Tour of Slovenia cycling challenge agrees with these Terms of participation for My Tour of Slovenia and the Website Terms of Use.
Terms update
The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms of participation published as of the date of the last update on the event website and in the registration form, in order to ensure compliance of the online registration process with technical standards and the legislative framework.
By accepting the general terms below on the registration form for the My Tour of Slovenia cycling challenge, you can successfully complete the registration process and participate in the challenge upon timely payment of the entry fee.
